The Fadector product family provides tools for monitoring various production key figures. The product family consists of complementary software modules. The core system collects and saves data from the production machinery, and the modules provide different ways to utilize this data.

Fadector ADC

Fadector ADC provides the user with a simple and clear view of the production machinery. You can monitor the availability and utilization rate figures of your production machinery, and their development over time, at a glance. Availability is the time when the machine is available for production. This means that the machine is ready to work and there are no errors or faults. Utilization rate is the ratio of actual production time compared to the available time. Optimizing the utilization rate is one of the key issues when improving your production. A higher utilization rate increases the productivity of the production machinery, reduces the investment payback period, and increases your profits.

Fadector OEE

When you want to know exactly what is going on, Overall equipment effectivess, OEE, is an excellent figure to monitor. OEE describes the real effectiveness of the production machinery by taking into account availability, speed, and quality. OEE is a key figure in measuring the goals of continuous improvement (LEAN). Fadector OEE expands the functionality of Fadector ADC to include speed and quality figures needed to calculate the OEE.

Can be integrated with ERP systems

Brings production data next to the production machinery. Fadector OEE includes an XML interface for importing production data into the system. Production planning usually takes place in the Enterprise resource planning system. With Fadector OEE, you can utilize this data, for example as work lists that are displayed for the operators. Tasks can be allocated in Fadector to the same production cells where production planning has allocated them. Furthermore, the ERP system can provide important data for calculating the OEE, such as ideal manufacturing times for work tasks. Alternatively, you can enter all needed data with the Fadector user interface.

Remote alarm

In case of an error or production stop, Fadector can send a report via email or SMS. This makes it possible to get a service engineer or operator onsite as soon as possible and reduce the amount of unproductive time to a minimum.

Open database for reporting

People look for different things when it comes to reporting. Fadector provides open access to its database, which enables you to create a report that is exactly what you need, for example with Excel.
